Growing up in a "third world" county had advantages and disadvantages. One of the disadvantages was that when you were hungry for pizza, but were too hungry to make the dough, let it rise, and cook it, you couldn't just "order out". The advantages were that because you couldn't get things quickly and easyily, you learned how to be creative..........you had to use what you had.
Pizza Buns was one of those inventions. The deliciousness of pizza without the wait.
They are very simple too...... hamburger buns loaded up just the way you would load up your favorite pizza. Cook them at 350 degrees for 10-15 min. and enjoy!
